Poland's Pollen Seasons

In Poland, tree pollen season starts in March, with alder and hazel trees releasing pollen first. Birch and oak trees follow, peaking in April and May.

Grass pollen season begins in May and lasts until July, with peak pollen release in June. This affects many people with pollen allergies.

Weed pollen, especially from ragweed, appears in July and August. This pollen can also cause allergic reactions.

Peak pollen times vary by region, but generally, southern Poland has higher pollen counts. Cities like Krakow and Wroclaw tend to have more pollen than northern regions.
