Pollen Count

Pollen count in Brenna

Pollen allergies affect many people in Brenna, Poland. They cause symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. The main culprit is pollen from trees, grasses, and weeds.

Brenna's pollen season starts in March with tree pollen. This is the most intense period, lasting about a month. Trees like birch, oak, and hazel are the top allergy triggers.

In May and June, grasses bloom and release pollen. This period is shorter, but still causes discomfort for people with allergies. Weeds like ragweed and nettle start pollinating in July and August.

To minimize symptoms, stay indoors during peak pollen hours (5am-10am). Keep windows closed, use air purifiers, and avoid outdoor activities. Wear a mask when outside to filter pollen from the air.
