Welcome to PollenCount.eu ("we," "us"). By accessing our website or using our mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Using Our Service

• Informational Use: Our Service provides pollen data for general guidance only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a professional for health-related decisions.
• Responsible Use: Please use our Service lawfully. You may not attempt to harm, disrupt, or misuse our data or systems.
• Ownership: All content (text, logos, data visualizations) is owned by us and protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

We offer premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the then-current plan.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3. Alerts & Accounts

• If you sign up for email or push alerts, you are responsible for keeping your contact information updated.
• We strive for 24/7 reliability, but we are not responsible for missed alerts due to network issues, incorrect emails, or technical failures.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Pollen levels change rapidly; we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months, or €10, whichever is greater.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland (EU). Any disputes will be resolved in Irish courts, without prejudice to your mandatory local consumer rights.
