In Rytro, Poland, there are three main pollen seasons. The first one starts in February and lasts until April. It's the time when trees like hazel, alder, and birch release pollen.

The second season is from May to June. Grasses and some trees like oak and pine release pollen during this time. This season brings more pollen than the first one.

The third season is from July to August. Weeds like nettle, sorrel, and plantain release pollen. This season has the least amount of pollen.
