France's Pollen Seasons

In France, tree pollen season starts in February, peaking in March and April. Oaks, ashes, and beeches release pollen, causing allergies.

Grass pollen season begins in May, peaks in June, and ends in July. This affects many people with pollen allergies across the country.

Weed pollen, mainly from ragweed, appears in August and September. This pollen is particularly problematic in southeastern France.

Peak pollen times vary by region, but generally occur during spring and early summer. Southeastern France tends to have higher pollen levels due to its climate.
