Turkey's Pollen Seasons

In Turkey, tree pollen season starts in February and March. Oaks, olives, and cypress trees release pollen during this period. Some trees pollinate until May.

Grass pollen season begins in May and June. Various grass types release pollen during these months. This season usually ends in July.

Weed pollen season occurs from June to September. Weeds like mugwort and ragweed release pollen during this time. Peak weed pollen is usually in July and August.

Peak pollen times vary by region. Regions with more vegetation, like the Mediterranean and Aegean coasts, tend to have higher pollen counts.
