Romania's Pollen Seasons

In Romania, tree pollen season starts in March, with oak, beech, and hazel trees releasing pollen. Birch and alder trees also contribute to early spring pollen.

Grass pollen season begins in late spring, around May, and lasts until July. This is when grasses, including timothy grass, release large amounts of pollen into the air.

Weed pollen season starts in late summer, around August, and continues until October. Weeds like ragweed and nettle release pollen during this period.

Peak pollen times vary by region, but generally occur during late March to early May for trees and late May to early July for grasses.
