Pollen count in Zaragoza

Pollen allergies affect many people in Zaragoza, Spain. During pollen seasons, trees, grasses, and weeds release tiny particles into the air. These particles cause allergic reactions.

In Zaragoza, pollen seasons start in February with the olive tree pollen. This is followed by the grass pollen season in May. Weeds release pollen in July and August.

Pollen levels are usually highest in the morning and evening. Windy and sunny days can increase pollen counts. Rainy days can wash pollen out of the air.

People with pollen allergies can take steps to reduce symptoms. Staying indoors during peak pollen hours can help. Keeping windows and doors closed can also reduce exposure.
