In Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, there are three pollen seasons. The first season starts in January and lasts until April. It's when pine and olive trees release their pollen.

During the second season, from May to June, grasses and weeds spread their pollen. This is the most intense pollen season. You might see yellow dust on cars and buildings.

The third season is from July to September. This is when ragweed and other plants release their pollen. It's a bit lighter than the others, but still important to be aware of.

In between these seasons, there's still some pollen in the air. But it's not as much, and people with allergies might feel a bit better.
