Trees and grasses make tiny particles called pollen. In Rowy, Poland, they come out at different times. From March to May, trees like birch and oak release pollen.

In April, alder and hazel trees start pollinating. This is when they make pollen. It's like a big yellow cloud in the air. Then, in May, grasses start.

In summer, from June to July, grasses make even more pollen. It's the highest amount of the whole year. In August, the pollen slows down.

In September, pollen from weeds like nettle and sorrel starts coming out. But it's not as much as in the summer. By October, the pollen season is over.
