Pollen Count

Pollen count in Pristin

Pristina, Ukraine has a temperate climate with cold winters and warm summers. This climate supports a variety of plants that produce allergenic pollen.

Trees like birch, oak, and hazel start releasing pollen in late March and early April. This is the first pollen season, lasting about four weeks.

Grasses and weeds like ragweed, sorrel, and goosefoot bloom in May and June, releasing pollen into the air. This second pollen season lasts around six weeks.

Pollen counts are highest on windy, sunny days, and lowest on calm, rainy days. People with pollen allergies should stay indoors during peak pollen times to minimize symptoms.
