In May, grasses and weeds start pollinating. They release even more pollen into the air. This is the peak pollen season in Latvia and Lithuania.

In June, pollen counts start to decrease. Fewer trees and plants release pollen. By July, pollen counts are low, and pollen season comes to an end.
