In Haskovo, pollen seasons start in March and end in October. Trees release pollen first, followed by grasses and weeds.

From March to May, trees like oak, birch, and beech release pollen. This is the largest amount of pollen for the whole year. It's when flowers bloom, too!

In June and July, grasses take over. They release a lot of pollen, making it hard for people to be outside. It's a good time to stay indoors with windows closed!

In August and September, weeds like ragweed and nettle release pollen. It's still a lot, but less than in the spring. By October, pollen seasons are over, and the air is fresher again.
