In March, almonds and pistachio trees join in. They add more pollen to the air. This lasts for another six weeks. The air is filled with pollen from all these trees.

In May, grasses and weeds start to grow. They release their own pollen. This continues until July. There's a lot of pollen in the air during these months.

From July to December, pollen levels are low. There's less pollen in the air. This is a relief for people who don't like pollen. They can enjoy the outdoors more.
