In Valence, France, there are three main pollen seasons. The first one starts in February and lasts until April. During this time, trees like hazelnut and alder release their pollen.

In May and June, grasses release their pollen. This is the worst time for people with pollen allergies. The pollen count is high, and it's difficult to escape it.

In July and August, weeds like nettle and sorrel release their pollen. This is not as bad as the grass season, but it's still a problem. Many people suffer during these months.

The good news is that from September to January, there is little to no pollen in the air. People with pollen allergies can finally relax and enjoy the outdoors without problems.
