Reiki, Latvia has four main pollen seasons. Tree pollen starts in March. It's the first big season. Many trees release pollen then.

Updated: 5/20/2026

Grass pollen comes next in May. It's a big one too. Lots of grass grows in Reiki and releases pollen. This season can be strong.

Rye and weed pollen happens in July. It's not as strong as tree and grass pollen. But some people still feel effects. Weeds grow everywhere.

The last season is for birch and other tree pollen again. It happens in September. Pollen counts are usually lower then. But some trees still release pollen.
