Pollen Count

Pollen count in Königssee

Königssee, Germany is surrounded by trees and plants that produce allergenic pollen. This causes allergic reactions in many people, especially in spring and summer.

Trees like oak, birch, and hazel release pollen from March to May. Grasses and weeds pollinate from May to July. These periods are known as pollen seasons.

During pollen seasons, people with allergies may experience symptoms like sneezing, runny noses, and itchy eyes. They may also feel tired and congested.

To minimize symptoms, people can stay indoors on windy days, avoid outdoor activities during peak pollen hours, and keep windows closed to prevent pollen from entering homes.
