Drusti, Latvia has four distinct seasons. Spring brings warm sunshine and melting snow. Trees start to bloom, releasing pollen into the air.

Updated: 3/18/2026

Tree pollen season starts in March. Birch, oak, and pine trees produce a lot of pollen. This makes the air feel funny.

Grass pollen season comes in May and June. Grasses and weeds grow quickly, making more pollen. The air feels even more uncomfortable.

Summer ends the pollen season. August and September have less pollen. The air feels cleaner, and it's easier to go outside and play.
