In early spring, from about February to April, tree pollen is common in Forch, southern part. Hazel and alder often start first. Birch comes later and can be strong. Willow and elm may also send pollen into the air during this time.

Updated: 8/4/2026

In late spring, from April to June, more tree pollen and then grass pollen appear. Oak, beech, and ash may still release pollen. After that, many grasses flower in meadows and gardens. Grass pollen often becomes very common in May and June.

In summer, from June to August, grass pollen slowly drops. Some weeds begin to bloom. Plantain and mugwort can release pollen in warm weeks. In fields and along paths, these plants add to the pollen in the air during midsummer.

In autumn, from August to October, weed pollen is the main kind left. Mugwort can still be active early in the season. Later, pollen levels usually fall as nights get cooler. By late autumn, most plants have finished flowering.
