Pollen Count

Pollen count in Čadca

Pollen allergies cause symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. These symptoms occur when pollen from trees, grasses, and weeds is in the air.

In Čadca, Slovakia, pollen seasons start in early spring and last until late summer. Trees like birch, oak, and willow release pollen from March to May.

Grasses like timothy and Bermuda release pollen from May to July. Weeds like ragweed and nettle follow from July to September.

During peak pollen seasons, it's best to stay indoors, keep windows closed, and use air purifiers to reduce symptoms. Washing clothes and showering after being outdoors also helps.
